It's a cliche BUT, it's like walking through a herb garden in the heart of the Mediterranean. Notes of Rosemary, Oregano, & Thyme are the first to appear, followed closely by hints of pine tree & soft nuances of citrus. 
Dafni is ancient Greek for laurel or bay leaf, & you can see why they named it as such.
