'One-Liner'
A pale, dry southern French rosé with redcurrant fruit, a little texture and a lovely fresh finish.

Tasting Note
Pale pink in the glass. The nose leans into redcurrant and raspberry, with a light citrusy lift. On the palate it feels dry, bright and gently textural rather than overly simple, with juicy red-berry fruit and a clean, refreshing finish. Easy to like, but with enough shape to work properly at the table.

The Story
Céliane comes from vineyards near Lake Thau, where the water helps moderate the Mediterranean heat and preserve freshness in the fruit. The wine is a classic rosé de presse, made with soft pressing and cool fermentation, and that all fits the style in the glass – pale, dry, characterful and refreshing, with a bit more texture than a very simple poolside rosé.
