A crisp, elegant Provence rosé with pale peach colour, white peach, redcurrant, mandarin and a delicate floral lift.

Tasting Note
Delicate pale salmon pink in the glass. The nose is fresh and graceful, showing white peach, redcurrant, mandarin and a touch of orange blossom. On the palate it is dry, crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity and a soft, polished texture. Grenache brings the peach and red berry fruit, Cinsault adds a gentle spice and herbal edge, while Rolle lifts the finish with citrus and floral notes. Classic Provence rosé – pale, poised and dangerously easy to enjoy.

The Story
Edalise is exactly the sort of rosé people picture when they think of Provence – pale, elegant, crisp and quietly aromatic. It has the easy charm of a wine made for warm evenings, seafood lunches and the first properly sunny day of the year, but there is more going on than simply looking pretty in the glass.
