'One-Liner'
A polished Provence rosé with white peach, clementine and wild herbs – silky, dry and beautifully refreshed by a fine mineral edge.

Tasting Note
Very pale pink with delicate peach reflections, opening with white peach, pear and soft red berries alongside clementine, grapefruit and a gentle lift of mint and Provençal herbs. The palate is dry and silky, with bright citrus freshness bringing energy to the ripe fruit, while a subtle saline minerality adds shape and length. Elegant yet full of flavour, it finishes clean and mouth-watering with lingering peach, orange zest and savoury herbs.

The Story
Maison Mirabeau was founded by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, who left London for the Provençal village of Cotignac in 2009 and released their first rosé the following year. Launched in 2014, Pure has become one of the house’s defining wines, drawing much of its fruit from vineyards on the southern side of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, with further parcels from the central Var adding breadth and complexity. Cool nights help protect the grapes’ natural freshness, while night harvesting, gentle pressing and cool fermentation preserve the wine’s pale colour and delicate aromatics. The result is unmistakably Provençal – refined, dry and quietly textured, with enough flavour and structure to carry it well beyond the aperitif.
