This elegant Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of peach, toasted almond, and lemon meringue pie, while the palate is led by vibrant notes of white nectarine and green melon. A saline "oyster shell" finish adds a captivating contrast to the wine's juicy fruit profile. Aged for seven months in a blend of 20% new and 80% seasoned oak, it develops a complex array of aromas, beautifully balanced by the crisp acidity and refined character of the cool-climate, high-altitude Orange region.
