Bright ruby in the glass. The nose is led by strawberries, cherries and raspberries, while the palate stays light and lively, with soft tannins, balanced acidity and an easy, fruit-forward shape. This is very much a fresh, approachable style of Pinot Noir rather than anything too weighty or oaky.

When handled in this lighter, fruit-led way, the grape is all about charm – fresh berries, soft texture and enough acidity to keep the wine moving. That is exactly what this bottle seems to be aiming for, and it is why it feels so immediately drinkable.
