'One-Liner'
A vibrant, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry, lime zest and a lovely mineral lift.
Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is expressive and bright, with gooseberry, lime zest, freshly cut grass and ripe exotic fruit, while the palate is crisp and mouthwatering, with citrus, green apple and a mineral middle that keeps it taut and refreshing. Clean, lively and very moreish.

The Story
Sauvignon Blanc is the grape most closely associated with Oliver Zeter, and with good reason. From the start, it has been one of the wines most central to the estate’s identity, and in the Pfalz it takes on a slightly broader, sunnier shape than in some cooler regions without losing its freshness. That balance is really the appeal here: all the lifted aromatics and zip you want from Sauvignon Blanc, but with enough ripeness and texture to make it feel like more than a simple, grassy white.
