Tasting Note
Deep purple‑garnet in the glass, this Syrah brings the bold side of Margaret River. Upfront aromas of blackberry, dark plum and blueberry meet layers of pepper, dried herbs, mocha and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and Rhône‑inspired, with a lingering core of dark fruit and smoky oak, carried by fine, dusty tannins and balanced acidity. A modern, powerful expression of Australian Syrah.

The Story
Peccavi Estate, a boutique producer in the Yallingup Ridge area of Margaret River, focuses on quality over quantity. Their vineyard management encourages deep root growth into ancient granite subsoils, infusing the fruit with concentrated flavour and minerality. This Syrah is hand‑harvested, fermented in small batches, and aged in French oak for 11 months – a fine balance between Old‑World structure and New‑World generosity .
