Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose leans into fresh apricot, peach, citrus and green apple, with a stony, sherbet-like lift. On the palate it is dry and vibrant, with crisp acidity, fine fruit and a clean mineral line running through the finish. Fresh, focused and very easy to drink.

The Story
S.A. Prüm comes from a family with long roots in the region, and the house has made a point of showing that Mosel is not only about sweeter styles. Solitär sits in that drier lane very comfortably – a wine built to show the bright fruit, cool minerality and precision that make dry Mosel Riesling such a useful thing to have on the table.
