'One-Liner'
A fresh, pale Bierzo rosado made from Mencía, with wild strawberry, citrus lift, soft florals and a smooth, easy finish.

Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink in the glass, bright and clean. The nose is delicate and fresh, with wild strawberry, red berries, subtle floral notes and a little citrus brightness. On the palate it is smooth, light and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a gentle, easy-drinking finish. Mencía gives the wine its red-fruited character and soft aromatic lift, while the cool fermentation keeps everything crisp and clean. A charming Spanish rosado for salads, seafood, tapas and sunny afternoons.

The Story
Rosita comes from Ribas del Cúa in Bierzo, a family winery based around Finca Robledo, close to the Cúa River and the Camino de Santiago as it passes through Cacabelos. The estate brings together more than 60 hectares of vineyard, with Mencía – Bierzo’s emblematic red grape – at the centre of what they do.
