Tasting Note
Pale straw with youthful green hints, offering fragrant aromas of freshly crushed grapes, white flowers and ripe tropical fruit. Sweet and lightly sparkling on the palate, with juicy pineapple, peach and grapey Muscat character lifted by bright acidity, keeping the finish fresh, delicate and wonderfully easy-going.

The Story
The Hamilton family’s history of grape growing in South Australia stretches back to 1837, with five generations helping to shape one of the country’s longest-running family wine stories. Day Dreamer takes a particularly relaxed approach, using ripe Muscat from the warm, sun-filled Riverland to produce a gently sparkling wine with plenty of natural fruit sweetness and refreshment. Minimal intervention keeps the grape’s floral, tropical character at the forefront, while its low alcohol and lively acidity make it an ideal bottle for aperitifs, lightly spiced dishes or something sweet at the end of a meal.
