A poised, off-dry Mosel Riesling with ripe apple, peach, pineapple, slatey minerality and a beautifully fresh finish.

Tasting Note
Pale gold in the glass. The nose is aromatic and gently savoury, with green apple, peach, pineapple, citrus peel and a touch of slate spice. On the palate it is juicy, fresh and finely balanced, with subtle sweetness carried by bright acidity and a clear mineral line. The fruit feels ripe but elegant, with a lovely Kabinett lightness and a clean, lingering finish. A graceful Mosel Riesling for spicy food, seafood, cheeses or simply drinking slowly while pretending you meant to open something this good.

The Story
Erden sits in the Mosel, a region built around Riesling, steep slopes and mineral-driven wines with a rare ability to feel delicate and intense at the same time. In this 2018 Kabinett feinherb, the fruit comes from the Erdener vineyards of Treppchen and Herrenberg, two sites that help shape a wine with freshness, slatey spice and a subtle touch of residual sweetness. 
The word feinherb is part of the charm here. It points towards a wine that is gently off-dry rather than openly sweet, with the sweetness working in balance with acidity, fruit and mineral character. That balance is exactly what makes Mosel Riesling so useful at the table – light in alcohol, full of flavour, and able to handle spice, salt, richness and freshness without losing its nerve.
