'One-Liner'
A fresh, characterful Friulano with citrus, blossom and a soft, gently spiced finish.

Tasting Note
Deep straw to golden in the glass, this opens with a lifted nose of wild flowers, orange blossom and a touch of tropical fruit. The palate is smooth and rounded rather than sharp, with citrus, peach and apricot notes running through it, plus a faint spicy edge on the finish. There’s freshness here, but also a little breadth, which makes it feel very easy and very complete. Serve chilled, but not ice-cold.

The Story
Odulìn is part of The Wine People’s Friuli range and is made to lean into what the region does so well – aromatic, textured whites with freshness and poise. The fruit is hand-harvested at the beginning of September, gently destemmed and softly pressed, then the must is settled cold before a temperature-controlled fermentation. After that, the wine spends a short period maturing on its lees in stainless steel, which helps give it that slightly broader, softer feel without losing its brightness.
