A polished, vintage Prosecco with fine bubbles, crisp orchard fruit and a lovely clean finish.

Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and lifted, with pear, apple and a light floral edge. On the palate it is dry and refreshing, with crisp fruit, bright acidity and a neat, composed finish that keeps it feeling elegant rather than frothy. Very easy to enjoy, but with a little more poise than everyday Prosecco.

The Story
Villa Sandi is one of the best-known names in Prosecco, and this Millesimato Brut sits in the higher-quality DOCG tier from the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The winery’s own technical notes describe calcareous and loamy hillside soils, hand-harvest timing in the second half of September, soft pressing and temperature-controlled winemaking before the second fermentation. In the glass, that translates into exactly what you want here – freshness, finesse and a more refined feel than simpler entry-level fizz.
