Tasting Note
A gentle blush pink – the result of whole‑bunch pressing Mediterranean varietals. The nose is refreshingly fragrant, with delicate notes of peach, cherry, white florals and citrus blossom. On the palate it’s crisp and juicy, flowing with apricot, young nectarine, guava and minerality, supported by a clean, balanced finish.

The Story
Part of the Estate’s homage to traditional Provençal “blanc de noir” rosé, ‘Rose‑Mary’ is whole‑bunch pressed and aged on fine lees for four months. Crafted by winemaker Mark Le Roux, it’s a celebration of Stellenbosch’s warm climate, cooling breezes, and Bordeaux varietal diversity.
