Tasting Note
Delicate blush pink in the glass with a fine, lively sparkle and an inviting nose of wild strawberry, raspberry and fresh red apple. The palate is dry and gently rounded, with strawberries and cream joined by crab apple, redcurrant and a subtle rosehip character. Bright acidity keeps everything fresh, while the botanical infusion adds a delicate herbal and floral complexity beneath the fruit. Fine bubbles bring lift and make the texture feel elegant rather than sweet or heavy. Refreshing and quietly distinctive on the finish, with red berries, orchard fruit and a gentle mineral note lingering behind.

The Story
Wild Life Botanicals was created in Cornwall by Ellie Bradshaw, co-founder of Cornish Sea Salt, after she went looking for a sophisticated sparkling option with considerably less alcohol. Blush starts with dealcoholised rosé wine, which makes up 95.5% of the finished drink, before grape must and a bespoke botanical blend of lemon balm, Damask rose, ashwagandha, rosemary and damiana are added alongside vitamins and minerals. Rather than simply trying to imitate conventional rosé fizz, the idea is to build something with its own character – dry, lightly sparkling and distinctly fruit-driven, but with an extra floral and botanical dimension running underneath. Crafted in Cornwall at just 0.5% ABV, it sits neatly between sparkling rosé and a grown-up botanical aperitif.
