A lively Kent sparkling rosé with juicy red fruit, strawberries and cream, fine bubbles and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Tasting Note
Delicate pink in the glass with a bright, energetic mousse. The nose is fruit-led and expressive, with strawberries and cream, juicy red berries and a little stone-fruit lift. On the palate it is fresh, vibrant and playful, with fine bubbles carrying the red fruit through to a clean, inviting finish. There’s a lovely balance between summer fruit and English freshness, keeping it bright rather than sweet or heavy.

The Story
Wildshark Vineyard sits in Harrietsham, Kent, at the base of the North Downs. It is a young estate planted on ancient chalk-rich soils, with a strong focus on biodiversity, sustainability and a more thoughtful way of working the land.
