Tasting Note
Pale lemon in the glass with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is fresh and expressive, showing green apple, citrus, delicate floral notes and a little herbaceous lift. On the palate it is crisp, bright and refreshing, with crunchy stone fruit, clean acidity and a mineral-driven finish. There is plenty of energy here, but also enough poise to keep it polished.

Wildshark Vineyard sits in Harrietsham, Kent, at the foot of the North Downs. This is modern English wine country – cool climate, bright acidity and soils with plenty of chalky, ancient-sea character running beneath the vines.
