Kent-grown Pinot Gris with a bright citrus–tropical lift and a clean, mouth-watering finish.

Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose leads with lime and ripe tropical hints – think mango and pineapple. The palate is light to medium in body, fruit-forward yet brisk, with England’s signature acidity giving a crisp, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled.

The Story
Wildshark is an eco-minded Kent vineyard working with classic cool-climate varieties including Pinot Gris. 2024 was a busy harvest – the estate picked five varieties across the season – and the still Pinot Gris aims squarely for bright fruit and refreshing acidity, a style that’s finding a real foothold in England.
